you know what that song playing as the soundtrack is?

“Song Of The Seraphim” by Dead Can Dance.

When I first saw it I was moved. I saw it many times after that and I was still moved. And then I thought..

*I wish this was a public service message, and not an advertisement*

But then again, in a state of semantic overload, Gandhi is a clear signal in the noise.

  • i checked it out recently and was really touched by it. wonderful add. as fadereu says, it should be a public service message. reminds me of the quote of Baha’u'llah: “The earth is but one country and mankind its citizens.” definitely need to read up on Indian history!!!

Hi, came across this site searching for the singer for the Italia Gandhi add. Here’s the info for people interested: song is actually called “Sacrifice” by Lisa Gerrard (of the Dead Can Dance fame). The album that I found it for sale on is by the techno guru Paul Oakenfold: “Another World”, song #21.
    Amazing add by the way…
